Learn assessment and treatment methods that respond to the sensory properties of fascia and improve clinical outcomes! About the Instructor: Tracie Skolny is a Registered Massage Therapist, award-winning educator, and an international speaker on the topic of Fascia and Interoception. Based in London, Ontario, she focuses on neuro-fascial approaches, integrating current evidence from the field of manual therapy with compassionate, client-centred care. Tracie has been a college-level educator for 16 years and more recently, a continued education provider of a 2-day Fascial Refinement workshop centered around the topics of fascia and interoception.  Tracie received the Teacher of the Year award in 2025 from the American Massage Therapy Association and the Educator of the Year in 2026 from the Registered Massage Therapist’s Association of Ontario. 

Learning outcomes:1. Participants will gain an understanding of Fascia at a histological level including its mechanical and neurological properties   2. Participants’ palpation skills we be refined to align with the sensory demands of Fascial tissue 3. Participants will identify Fascial barriers through biotensegrity-informed assessment techniques applied to the superficial skin and Fascia 4. Participants will understand Fascia’s role as an interface to interoception and integrate techniques to restore regulation 5.
