CBN Meeting - Early Career RMTs and Student focused CBN!

This CBN helps students and new RMTs with the transition from student to health professional. Attendees can learn from more experienced RMTs and help get their careers off to the best start.

Our first meeting of 2026 will have a guest speaker to talk about probably the most requested topic: how to prepare yourself for the physical demands of Massage Therapy!

Brandon Connerty is an RMT and strength coach who found out the hard way that strength matters more than hustle. During the pandemic, his massage workload doubled overnight. Ten years into the job, he expected to burn out. He didn’t.
Five years later, he’s still doing 25+ hours of hands-on work every week without breaking down — thanks to training that actually supports the demands of massage therapy.
Now he’s helping other RMTs build the same resilience so they can work the hours they choose, not the hours their body allows.
