In this one-hour webinar, participants will explore the fundamentals of Table Thai Massage, an adaptive and effective therapy that combines the benefits of traditional Thai Massage with the support of a massage table. Using an evidence-based approach, this session will explore the therapeutic benefits of stretching and joint mobilizations, building on the foundational knowledge massage therapists have already acquired in their training. Through a thorough, step by step demonstration, participants will learn how to apply Thai Massage techniques to mobilize joints of the hips and back, and stretch fascia, muscle and nervous tissue in a rhythmic routine.

Throughout the demonstrations and discussion, attendees will be encouraged to work within their personal knowledge and skill levels, ensuring that techniques are applied safely and effectively while building confidence in one's practice. Special attention will be given to practicing in a self-reflective manner, providing opportunities for participants to assess their abilities and refine their touch. By the end of the webinar, participants will gain both theoretical and practical insights into Table Thai Massage, leaving with actionable tools to enhance their practice, grounded in evidence, skill development, and ongoing self-reflection.
