In this session we will provide an overview on regulatory matters at the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario (CMTO) and how the complaints, investigations and discipline hearings are structured and handled. This will help you get a better understanding of the inner workings of the CMTO and a greater appreciation for your regulatory obligations. We will also discuss how to take steps to prevent complaints in your practice , how to defend yourself appropriately against allegations if they occur, and the role of legal counsel.

About the Presenter

Josh Koziebrocki is the principal lawyer and founder of Koziebrocki Law.
